A joint official of police (traffic) B Ravikanthe Gowda said the quickly moving vehicle conveying seven individuals let completely go around 1:45 am and hit a bollard before colliding with the limit mass. 

“The vehicle was ravaged in the mishap. None of the travellers was wearing safety belts, so the airbags didn’t open,” said Gowda. 

He added that six of the casualties kicked the bucket on the spot while the seventh passed on en route to an emergency clinic. 

“Traffic police staff arrived at the area within 10 minutes of the mishap and were taking the harmed individual to the clinic; however, he kicked the bucket coming,” he added.

One of the casualties’ family members said he was educated about the misfortune by police around 3 am. “We were informed that he (one of the casualties named Rohit) had gone out with his companions. 

So we approached this telephone, and when we arrived at the police headquarters, they showed us some photographs of the mishap and said he had kicked the bucket. Rohit’s folks had died, and he was working in a private firm in Bengaluru,” he said.
