- Chemplast Sanmar Limited will open its three-day initial public offering (IPO) for membership from Tuesday.
On Monday, the firm explained that it had gathered ₹1732 crore from anchor financial backers in front of its underlying offer of offers.

(1.) The IPO, which will end on August 12, is worth ₹3850 crores and involves new issuance of value shares worth ₹1300 crore, just as ₹2550 crore offer available to be purchased (OFS).
The OFS includes the offer of ₹2463.44 crores by Sanmar Holdings Limited and ₹86.56 crores by Sanmar Engineering Services Limited.
(2.) Each offer has a value band of ₹530-541 and, with 32,024,029 value offers to be dispensed to moor financial backers, the exchanges esteems at ₹1732.5 crores, according to a round transferred on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
