Kundra and his IT partner Ryan Thorpe were captured by the property cell of the Mumbai wrongdoing branch regarding an erotic entertainment film racket. The property cell has asserted that Kundra’s organization Armspine was behind the application ‘Superstars’, where the finance manager used to transfer explicit substance.

The application was subsequently offered to a London-based organization called Kenrin Pvt Ltd, which Kundra’s brother by marriage possesses the property cell claims. They likewise asserted that Kundra charged a membership expense to clients of the application and procured over ₹1.17 crore between August and December of last year. 

The metropolitan judge court denied bail to both Kundra and Thorpe on August 4 and observed cases by the property cell of both Kundra and Thorpe erasing information that could become implicating. Public examiner Aruna Kamat Pai had evened out claims of the charged erasing proof to Bombay high court on August 2. 

“They (Kundra and Thorpe) were found erasing certain WhatsApp talks. The disposition of the candidate Raj Kundra talks a volume of his collaboration in the examination. We don’t have the foggiest idea of how much information has been erased. The police are as yet attempting to recover it,” Pai had said.
