Russo Brothers discuss RRR and The Gray Man after being “honoured to meet the great SS Rajamouli”

Joe and Anthony Russo, who made Avengers: Endgame and The Gray Man, have said they love SS Rajamouli, an Indian director whose movies like Baahubali and RRR have been huge hits. The Russo brothers tweeted about meeting the famous director and called him “amazing” when they talked about the language of movies. Rajamouli replied on Saturday that it was “an honour and a pleasure” for him to do so.

Russo Brothers recently talked to Rajamouli about how action movies speak the same language to everyone, and they talked about that on Saturday. They wrote, “It was such an honour to meet THE great SS Rajamouli.” A short time later, Rajamouli put up a tweet that quoted the Russos and said, “I’m happy and proud to do it (folded hands emoji). It was a great conversation. I can’t wait to meet you and learn more about what you do.

With the help of Entertainment Weekly, the conversation took place online, and the filmmakers talked about their most recent movies, RRR and The Gray Man. The Gray Man is Russos’ newest movie. It stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, and Dhanush in their first Hollywood roles. The movie was added to Netflix on July 22. There are already plans for a sequel and a spin-off. The movie RRR, starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan and directed by Rajamouli, made almost $1200 crore worldwide. It has become a cult favourite in the West since it became available digitally on Netflix.

The Russos just came back from India, where they went to promote The Gray Man. While they were there, they got to meet a number of famous Indian people, like actor Vicky Kaushal and directors Anand L. Rai, Raj, and DK. Joe Russo has already praised RRR on social media, calling it “well done epic.” He told PTI during his trip to India, “Right now, it’s doing very well because of Netflix. RRR was a great movie. I thought it had good, strong themes, beautiful pictures, and a very moving story about brothers.

RRR has been praised by a lot of Western writers and directors, like Doctor Strange’s director Scott Derrickson and Guardians of the Galaxy’s director James Gunn.
