As Ranveer Singh turns 36, he returns to his first appearance on Koffee With Karan in 2010, where Karan Johar confessed to questioning Aditya Chopra’s confidence in him.

Karan saw Ranveer and asked Aditya to change it:
At that point, Karan saw Ranveer in the Band Baaja Baaraat banner and requested that Aditya change it. Karan thought, “Who will see this film?” Aditya encouraged him to see the trailer before making any judgment.
As Karan Johar stated:
“I saw the promotion, and I resembled, ‘This kid has a feeling of certainty, and there is something in particular about him. However, it’s anything but intelligent in that banner; change that banner.’ I resembled, I have no expectation,” Karan said.
