Raj Kundra has been reserved under areas 420 (cheating), 34 (normal goal), 292 and 293 (identified with revolting and foul ads and showcases) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) other than important segments of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. 

“There was a case enlisted with the Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the formation of explicit movies and distributing them through some applications. 

We’ve captured Mr Raj Kundra for this situation on 19/7/21 as he gives off an impression of being the vital schemer of this. So we have adequate confirmations concerning this,” the Mumbai police official said in an explanation.
