With Ravi Shastri’s residency as the mentor of the Indian cricket crew set to terminate after the finish of the T20 World Cup, everyone is focused on the following lead trainer of the Indian group. 

While many names have been doing the rounds, including Anil Kumble and VVS Laxman, there has been no authority update concerning who the leader to take over as the following mentor or even the general competitors. 

HOWEVER, previous BCCI chief selector MSK Prasad knows who he might want to take over as the lead trainer. Prasad, a previous India wicketkeeper who played six Tests and 17 ODIs, feels Rahul Dravid ought to be the one to supplant Shastri alongside having MS Dhoni as the guide. 

Dravid trained India’s restricted overs group during its visit through Sri Lanka in late July, while Dhoni was named coach of the Indian group for the T20 World Cup.
