Arbaaz, the father of Aryan Khan’s co-accused, speaks out.

Aryan Khan’s co-charged Arbaaz Merchantt’s dad, legal advisor Aslam Merchant, has said that the claims made against his child and Aryan are ‘unmerited’ and that ‘they are guiltless’. 

In a meeting, Aslam Merchant additionally recognized the Narcotics Control Bureau and said that the examination organization has been ‘extremely pleasant to the children. 

However, Aryan, the child of entertainer Shah Rukh Khan, and a few others were confined by the NCB on a Goa-bound journey transport during an attack. Therefore, the NCB on Monday looked for additional care of Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun Dhamecha till October 11. Nonetheless, the court broadened their care just till October 7. 

“It is all ridiculous charges; however, it is being scrutinized. It is exceptionally untimely to state anything now. The NCB has been extremely agreeable and exceptionally pleasant to the children. 

I being an attorney, have confidence in the legal executive. Reality will win, and they will come out without any consequence. They are blameless,” Aslam Merchant told Times Now. 

Gotten some information about the illicit medications purportedly found on Arbaaz, he added, “Whatever was found, was found inside the boat, not outside. They didn’t enter the boat. They were visitors.” 

The NCB, under the steady gaze of a city court on Monday, said that it had found ‘stunning and implicating’ material in WhatsApp talks of Aryan and two others. 

Aslam Merchant said, “There is positively no WhatsApp talks identified with drugs. They were not ready. It was only a somewhat late conversation of going to the boat. They were invitees. They just chose all of a sudden. He ate with me and should eat with me.” 

Aryan Khan’s attorney guaranteed no medications were recuperated from his customer’s ownership. Six others – Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra, Vikrant Chhokar and a medication provider from rural Juhu (name not unveiled) – were captured later.
