On Saturday, Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, was joined by Rashami Desai and Akanksha Puri for another day of their party’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Social media users have posted images and videos of the three from their joint symbolic stroll. Rahul Gandhi was dressed in a white T-shirt and khaki slacks, while Riya was wearing a patterned orange kurti with jeans and a pair of sunglasses as they strolled together. They passed through a throng of onlookers while being encircled by the politician’s security detail. Numerous others commented on their videos and photos on social media, with some applauding the star for participating in the Bharat Jodo Yatra and demonstrating her support for the organisation and the leader.
Riya is from a famous acting family that also includes her mother Moon Moon Sen, sister Raima Sen, and her grandma Suchitra Sen. When Riya appeared in the music video for Falguni Pathak’s song Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi in 1998, she was just 16 years old.

Pooja Bhatt posted images and a video from her Bharat Jodo Yatra with Rahul Gandhi earlier this month on Instagram. “The audacity of hope!” she said, tagging Rahul Gandhi and using the hashtags “Bharat Jodo Yatra” and “Hyderabad.”
Pooja also tweeted in response to a statement that she had only “briefly” accompanied the lawmaker on the stroll. Actress-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt temporarily joins the Congress party’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, according to a tweet from the news agency ANI. This morning, the Yatra returned to Hyderabad, Telangana. “Yes a ‘short’ 10.5 kilometre trek to be accurate… Bharat Joda Yatra,” she had quoted-tweeted the outlet.
On September 7, the Bharat Jodo Yatra began in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. Rahul Gandhi has finished the marathon walk in several states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
